Building global wisdom driven organizations (another way to talk about enlightened organization by stressing key aspects) requires facing one challenge after the other. The major challenge is shifting from a scarce centralized undemocratic obscure monetary system to an open, sufficient, distributed, transparent, citizen and universal one. Other key issues include: holopticism (view of the whole to liberate individual sovereignty and creativity), integral practice in global collective intelligence
paradigm (body, mind, spirit) and invisible architectures (that shape social structures through emergence processes).
