As knowledge management systems have grown rapidly during the past few years and organisations have developed large dbases of knowledge items; many people are failing to use or take advantage of all that is available - systems are often counter intuitive and information overload is increasingly a serious issue. Connecting people to knowledge and helping them to do something with it is our business.
Perspectives also works with systems that are grounded in "open source" both technology based systems and new ways of working in virtual expert teams.
